ANALYSIS ON THE POSSIBILITY OF USING KNOWN METHODS OF LIQUIDS SPRAYING FOR COOLING FOR INTERNAL GRINDING

Abstract


In the article the question of cooling of the processed surfaces of details is considered at the internal grinding. It is marked that as a result of the prolonged time of action of thermal source, large length of cutting zone which is relatively closed for access of lubricating-cooling liquid and small volume of space between a detail and grinding wheel, that hampers application of devices for its supply, a cooling process at the internal grinding is less effective as compared to the round and flat grinding. Cooling efficiency can be enhance spraying of lubricating-cooling liquid. The known spray methods liquids are analysed from point of the productivity, dispersion, homogeneity, expense of liquid, complication of constructions and ancillaries, consumption of energy, directions of the nebulized stream and possibility of the use of mechanisms of machine-tools for the internal grinding as a drive of devices of spraying. It is set that most perspective from them is the combined pneumomechanical method. As a result of his application in the conditions of the internal grinding it is possible to expect high dispersion of spraying at in relation to low energy consumption, low dependence of quality of dispersion from the expense of liquid, absence of necessity for the special drive and ancillaries. It is suggested to realize cooling the nebulized lubricating-cooling liquid at the internal grinding by the pneumomechanical nebulizer of rotary type with a drive from spindle grinding wheel and a vent festering of air for a management the spray torch and overcoming of a vent effect from work of grinding wheel.
