ASSESSMENT OF EXTERNAL SITUATION RISKS IN RACERMETIZATION VOLTAGE CAPACITY OF HYDROCARBON GASES

Abstract


An accident risk analysis is a complex, complex procedure involving a number of steps. Risk assessment at the production facility includes: 1) analysis of the hazards of the production facility; 2) building the entire set of scenarios for the occurrence and development of accidents, estimating the frequency of each of the scenarios 3) building the fields of the damaging factors of accidents for different scenarios of their development; 4) assessment of the consequences of hazardous accidents for various scenarios of their development; 5) risk calculations. Hazard analysis of the production facility provides for: analysis of (fire, explosive, toxic) technological environment and parameters of technological processes at the production facility.

A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the emergency risk during depressurization of the tanks of liquefied petroleum gases was carried out. Risk analysis procedures are consistently described. The scenarios of the occurrence and development of possible accidents at the facility, with the subsequent assessment of the frequency of implementation of each of the scenarios are considered. To calculate the value of individual, territorial and social risks, the probabilities of initiating events are determined for possible main accident scenarios, a logical event tree is built up when major initiating emergencies occur, the statistical probabilities of an accident transition to different branches of event trees are determined, and conditional probabilities of damage are determined when different branches are implemented event tree. According to the results of risk calculation in the territory of a hazardous production facility, it is possible to visually (on the enterprise map) determine where the person (or group of people) is most dangerous. Having identified the risk, increase safety on the territory of a hazardous production facility. The results of the risk analysis can be used in the declaration of objects of increased danger, economic safety analysis according to the criteria of "cost–safety–benefit".
